Refund policy

Introduction

All purchases made through Reachbox are processed by our online reseller, Dodo Payments, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. This means you are purchasing from Dodo Payments, and Dodo Payments's Buyer Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy govern all transactions, subject to the product-specific terms below.

30-day money-back guarantee

If Reachbox isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. This applies to both the Starter and Pro Lifetime Deal plans.

Lifetime Deal purchases

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • After 30 days, Lifetime Deal purchases are non-refundable, as they are a one-time payment for ongoing access rather than a recurring subscription.
  • Refunds are issued for the full amount paid, provided the account has not exceeded reasonable use of the product (as determined in good faith).

Upgrading between plans

If you'd like to move from Lifetime Starter to Lifetime Pro, contact us and we'll work out the price difference rather than issuing a refund and new purchase.

How to request a refund

Because Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record, all refund requests must be submitted directly to Dodo Payments:

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued by Dodo Payments to your original payment method, typically within 14 days of approval. The refunded amount may differ slightly from the original charge due to tax recalculation or currency exchange fluctuations.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us or Dodo Payments before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback may result in temporary suspension of your account while the matter is reviewed.

Governing terms

This Refund Policy is supplementary to and should be read alongside Dodo Payments's Buyer Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy. In the event of any inconsistency, Dodo Payments's terms will apply. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
